We offer exercise physiology services to support health, mobility, and function. We work with clients under:

  • NDIS
  • Medicare
  • DVA
  • Private health insurance
  • Self-funded arrangements


 

  • NDIS - no referral necessary (unless through Early Childhood Approach pathway). We can collaborate with your support coordinator in terms of organizing details, if you'd prefer.
  • DVA, Medicare EPC/Chronic Disease Plans — Yes, a referral is required 
  • Private or self-funded clients — No referral needed


 

You can book by:

  • Calling us directly
  • Emailing our admin team
  • Using the contact form on our website

We’ll confirm the best time and advise what you need to bring.



Bring:

  • Your referral (if applicable) 
  • Medicare, DVA, or private health card
  • NDIS plan details (if relevant)
  • Any relevant medical documents or reports
     

Wear comfortable clothing for movement-based assessments.


 

Yes. We offer clinic, home visit, and community-based services, depending on your needs and funding. Let us know your preference when booking.

We can help you understand how our services fit into your plan goal


 

Yes, if you meet eligibility:

  • Medicare: Under a Chronic Conditions Medicare Plan (CCMP) referral from your GP
  • Private health: Check with your insurer about rebates for exercise physiology
  • DVA: Through a valid D904 referral from your GP



Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Short-notice or missed appointments may incur a fee, depending on your funding type.



We follow strict confidentiality and privacy standards under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your information is securely stored and only shared with your consent or when legally required.
