Send us an enquiry or email. We’ll chat with you about your child’s needs and help you decide the best next steps.

👉 For children under the ECA pathway, your Early Childhood Partner must approve Greater Health as your provider before we can begin.

  1. Let your Early Childhood partner know you'd like to work with Greater Health for movement and therapy support for your child.
  2. Your ECA Partner needs to approve and organize services with us - families can't self-refer under ECA.
  3. We'll coordinate with them & once approved, Greater health will assess your child's needs, set goals with you, and begin regular sessions in the home or community.

✅Yes (for self-managed or plan managed participants) — we are funded under:

  • Improved Daily living (Capacity building)
  • Improved Health & Wellbeing (Capacity Building)

Greater health also offers qualified support workers to:

1. Assist in preparing your child to travel to the session, funded under

  • Assistance with daily life (Core)

2. Assist with transportation to the exercise session and/or accompanying your child in the session, funded under:

  • Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation (Core)

✅Yes – but only if your Early Childhood Partner approves Greater Health as a provider for your child. If you'd like to work with us, you can request a referral through your ECA partner, who will determine if our services are suitable and fundable through their early supports framework.

 ✅ Yes — sometimes!
While ECA Partners usually work with registered NDIS providers, they can approve other qualified professionals — like Greater Health — if it's in the best interest of your child.

  • As an unregistered provider, Greater Health is still a NDIS-complaint provider, working with self-managed & plan-managed participants.
  • ECA partners can approve unregistered providers on a case-by-case basis, especially since our Accredited Exercise Physiologist is a qualified health professional and if you, the parent/s requests our support.

If you’d like us to support your child through the ECA pathway, just let your ECA Partner know and request us by name (Greater Health, Accredited Exercise Physiology services). They’ll decide if we can be funded based on your child’s needs, our qualifications, and availability in your area.

The ECA supports children under 9 years and their families.

  • Children under 6 with developmental delay do not need a diagnosis to receive support.

  • Children 6–8 years with a diagnosed disability may be supported through the ECA or transition to a full NDIS plan.

✅ Yes – we currently work with:

  • Self-managed plans

  • Plan-managed plans

🔜 NDIA-managed plans (coming soon – registration in progress)

We also work with children under 9 supported through the Early Childhood Approach — as long as Greater Health is approved as your provider by your Early Childhood Partner.

✅Yes — Greater Health can provide Exercise Physiology (EP) services to children (aged 3+) at their kinder, as long as certain steps are followed.

Here's how the process works:

  1. Parent or Guardian Consent
You’ll need to give written permission for your child to be seen during kinder hours or on-site.

  2. Kinder/Preschool Approval
We’ll work with the kinder to get permission to visit during appropriate times. Most kinders are supportive, especially when therapy helps with school readiness or daily functioning.

  3. Schedule Coordination
We'll arrange a time that suits the child’s routine and doesn't interrupt key learning or rest periods.

  4. NDIS Plan Funding
Your child’s NDIS plan must include relevant funding (usually Improved Daily Living under Capacity Building).

  5. Collaboration (if needed)
We can work with kinder educators, other therapists, or your ECA Partner (if under age 7), to ensure therapy is aligned with broader goals.
